GRANT GUIDELINES:

Our process is fairly simple, and is initiated by an invitation from the foundation to apply for a grant. Specific advice about the types of grants that we will or will not fund and our deadlines is available below. Additional information about the types of grants we have funded is available in our public filings. The Foundation will give priority to proposals that support specific programs or projects, but will consider requests for general operating support if our budget allows. Nonprofit organizations that qualify for public charity status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or other similar organizations are eligible for grants.

GRANT DEADLINES:

The Foundation will have two primary cycles of review, June and December, with application deadlines of April 30 and October 31. We may also consider solicited applications within our objectives throughout the year.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Each year, the Foundation will develop a list of organizations fitting within our objectives and will invite those organizations to submit applications for our consideration. The Foundation does not consider unsolicited applications. The Foundation does not fund areas outside our primary concerns so that we may better focus our funds and achieve greater results with our resources.
